Data controller

What we collect and why

• Contact form: name, email, message, the service you are interested in and your preferred contact method; phone and company if you provide them. We use them to answer your request and, if you wish, to prepare a quote. We also record the IP address and browser used, to block abusive submissions.
• Newsletter: email, language, date and proof of your consent (IP address and browser at sign-up). We use them only to send you the newsletter. Every email contains an unsubscribe link.
• Audience measurement: if you accept cookies, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics measure the pages viewed. Without your consent, these tools are not loaded.
• Map on the contact page: the Google Maps map is only loaded if you accept cookies.
• WhatsApp: if you click the WhatsApp button, the conversation continues on WhatsApp (Meta), under its own terms.
• Technical logs: the server records requests (IP address, page, date) for security and error diagnosis.

Legal basis

We process your data because you ask us to (contact form), because you consent (newsletter, audience-measurement cookies, map) or for the security of the website (technical logs, IP address).

How long we keep it

• Contact requests: 3 years after our last exchange. If you become a client, project documents are kept for the legal period that applies to commercial records.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Proof of your consent is kept for 3 years after that.
• Audience-measurement cookies: 13 months at most.
• Technical logs: 12 months at most.

Who receives your data

Only the Prisma Soft team reads your messages. We do not sell or rent your data. We use these providers:

• Laravel Holdings Inc. (Laravel Cloud): hosting of the website and its database, on servers located in Frankfurt (Germany), and technical error monitoring.
• Resend: sending confirmation emails and the newsletter.
• Google: audience measurement and map, only if you accept cookies.

Transfers outside Guinea

Your data is stored in Germany. Laravel, Resend and Google are companies based in the United States. We choose providers that encrypt data and limit access to it.

Security

Exchanges with the website are encrypted (HTTPS), access to data is limited to the people who need it, and we make regular backups.

Your rights

Under Guinean law L/2016/037/AN of 28 July 2016 on cybersecurity and the protection of personal data, you can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time: the unsubscribe link in the newsletter, the "Manage cookies" button at the bottom of every page.

To exercise these rights, write to hello@prisma-soft.com. We reply within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can refer the matter to the Guinean authority responsible for data protection.

Cookies

• Necessary cookies: session and form protection. They expire after 2 hours of inactivity and do not require your consent.
• Your cookie choice: stored in your browser for 6 months, after which we ask again.
• Google audience measurement (for example _ga): set only if you accept, 13 months at most.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page.
