Visual identity, video and online shop for a Guinean brand
A Guinean cosmetics brand gets a logo, a video, animated visuals and an online shop with Orange Money payment, all consistent.
Project overview
This scenario illustrates what we build; it is not a client reference.
This scenario shows how a small Guinean cosmetics brand can present itself consistently everywhere: a logo and brand guidelines, a short presentation video, animated visuals for each product, and a simple online shop with mobile money payment. The same visual world, from the sachet to the website.
Client challenges & requirements
A Conakry brand makes shea butter and skincare oils, 8 products sold in 3 shops and on WhatsApp. The logo was drawn by a cousin, labels change from one batch to the next, photos are taken on a phone under a neon light.
Orders come in as voice messages, the founder writes them in a notebook and takes payment by Orange Money, sending her number each time. A reseller in Dakar asks for a catalogue and a video for her page: there is nothing to send.
Main objectives
Set a visual identity: logo, colours, typography, label and post templates
Produce a short presentation video and one animated visual per product, in vertical format for WhatsApp and Instagram
Open a simple online shop that reads well on a phone, with Orange Money and MTN MoMo payment
Keep everything consistent and reusable by the founder, without a designer for each new batch
Project solution
-
We start with the identity, because everything else depends on it. Prisma Soft delivers a logo, a palette, two typefaces and Canva templates for labels and posts: the founder produces her next visuals herself. Products are photographed in natural light on a plain background. The presentation video is shot at the workshop, edited as a short vertical version and a horizontal version for the website.
-
Each product gets an animated visual of a few seconds, built from the photos and the brand guidelines. The shop runs on Laravel with Lunar: 8 products, a cart, a delivery address, payment by Orange Money or MTN MoMo through their API, or cash on delivery. If an order comes in, the founder receives a WhatsApp notification with the summary. If the mobile payment fails, the order stays pending and the customer gets a link to try again.

Frequently asked questions
Because the shop, the video and the labels reuse the same colours and typefaces. Without brand guidelines, each medium is redone its own way and the brand is not recognisable from one channel to the next.
Yes. The shop offers Orange Money and MTN MoMo first; bank cards are optional. Cash on delivery stays available for Conakry, because many customers prefer to see the product before paying.
You do, with the delivered templates. If a new product needs an animated visual or a studio photo, we step in on request. An illustration stays an illustration: product photos remain real photos.
